Job summary

A staffing agency in the Bicol Region seeks three dynamic Sales Executives to enhance their client network in Albay, Sorsogon, and Camarines Norte. Responsibilities include outbound sales, client acquisition, and relationship building in the growing coffee industry. Ideal candidates should possess sales experience, strong communication skills, and be goal-oriented. Compensation ranges from ₱18,000 to ₱25,000 monthly, with incentives for achieving sales targets.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in sales or customer relations.
• Capable of working under minimal supervision with strong accountability.
• Preferably residing in or familiar with Albay, Sorsogon, or Camarines Norte.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound sales calls and identify new clients.
• Develop and maintain relationships with potential customers.
• Coordinate with team to execute area coverage strategies.
