Job summary

A prominent manpower services company in the Philippines is seeking dynamic and goal-oriented Sales Executives to expand their client network in the Bicol region. The role involves outbound sales, client acquisition, and relationship building in the coffee equipment industry. Candidates should possess at least 1 year of sales experience and excellent communication skills. A monthly compensation of ₱18,000 – ₱25,000 is offered along with performance incentives.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in sales, field marketing, or customer relations.
• Capable of working under minimal supervision with strong accountability.
• Preferably residing in or familiar with Albay, Sorsogon, or Camarines Norte.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound sales calls, visits, and follow-ups.
• Develop and maintain relationships with potential customers.
• Coordinate sales coverage strategies with the team.
• Monitor client needs and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Prepare reports on sales activities and client feedback.
• Represent the company in meetings and field visits.
• Attend weekly in-person meetings and participate in fieldwork.
