Job summary

A leading manpower services company is seeking dynamic Sales Executives in the Bicol Region to drive client acquisition in the coffee industry. The role involves outbound sales, client relationship building, and weekly meetings in Naga City. Ideal candidates should possess strong communication skills and have at least 1 year of sales experience. Compensation ranges from ₱18,000 to ₱25,000 per month, with performance incentives.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in sales or customer relations.
• Familiarity with Albay, Sorsogon, or Camarines Norte preferred.
• Willingness to report to Naga City once a week.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound sales calls and visits.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients.
• Prepare reports on sales activities.
• Participate in mandatory weekly meetings at the office.
• Conduct fieldwork within assigned provinces.
