Filinvest Land Inc. is seeking a Regional Cluster Sales Head for Central Luzon. The role oversees sales operations in the region and reports to the Sales & Marketing Head.

You will lead a team of sales representatives, develop strategic plans, and drive growth across broker networks. The position requires a proven sales leadership capability, a strong network of brokers/agents in CENTRAL LUZON, and the ability to travel within the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Master's degree is a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
• Active strong sales network in Central Luzon.

Job Summary: A Regional Cluster Sales Head typically oversees a company's sales operations in a specific geographic region. This role will be reporting directly to the Sales & Marketing Head.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales representatives to meet or exceed sales targets.

Job Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Sales Director or Senior level preferably in the same industry specific to CENTRAL LUZON region/area.
• Must have an active strong sales network of brokers & agents
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to travel within the region as needed.
