Job summary

SUPER CANDY CORPORATION is seeking a Distributor Specialist for Region 1 to grow and manage the distributor network in Region 1 from its Caloocan base. The role focuses on recruiting new distributors, supporting partners with training, and driving product availability and sales across metro Manila.

The position requires building strong relationships, monitoring performance, and collaborating with marketing on promotions. Travel within Region 1 is expected to ensure market coverage and momentum.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience in FMCG, confectionery, or retail.
• Strong understanding of distribution networks and sales management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Knowledge of Region 1 (Metro Manila) geography and market dynamics.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel regularly within the region.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
• Self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Preferred: experience in candy, beverage, or consumer goods distribution.

Responsibilities

• Identify, recruit, and onboard new distributors across Region 1 to expand market coverage.
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing distributors for long-term partnerships.
• Provide training and support to distributors on product features, pricing, promotions.
• Monitor distributor performance against metrics and sales targets.
• Conduct field visits to distributor locations to assess inventory and displays.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities in Region 1.
• Prepare and present sales reports, market insights, and performance analysis to senior management.
• Collaborate with marketing to implement promotional campaigns with distributors.
• Address distributor concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and distributor recruitment goals.
