Job summary

SUPER CANDY CORPORATION is seeking an experienced Distributor Specialist for Region 4 based in Caloocan City, Metro Manila. You will expand our distribution network, recruit new distributors, and drive sales growth across the region, collaborating with internal teams to ensure onboarding and ongoing support.

The role requires strong negotiation, relationship-building and market analysis skills, plus the ability to travel within Region 4 as needed.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in new business development, distributor management or sales within FMCG or confectionery.
• Track record in recruiting and onboarding new distributors or sales channels.
• Strong understanding of distribution networks in the Philippines, Region 4.
• Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills with business partners.
• Fluent in English and Filipino; proficient in MS Office and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate potential distributors and new channels in Region 4 to expand coverage.
• Develop and execute distributor recruitment strategies aligned with objectives and regional dynamics.
• Build and maintain relationships with distributors through regular engagement and support.
• Conduct market analysis and competitive research to spot gaps and opportunities.
• Negotiate and finalize distributor agreements with compliant terms.
• Provide training to distributors on products, sales techniques and procedures.
• Monitor distributor performance and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Logistics for onboarding and ongoing support.
• Prepare regular reports on market activity, distributor performance and sales projections.
• Escalate challenges and propose solutions to support distributor success.

About the role

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Distributor Specialist for Region 4 to join the New Business Development team at SUPER CANDY CORPORATION. This is a full-time position based in Caloocan City, Metro Manila. As a Distributor Specialist, you will play a crucial role in expanding our distribution network and driving sales growth across your assigned region. You will be responsible for identifying new distribution opportunities, building strong relationships with distributors, and implementing strategies that support our market penetration and revenue objectives. This role offers the opportunity to make a tangible impact on our business growth whilst working with a dynamic and supportive team.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate potential distributors and new distribution channels within Region 4 to expand market coverage
• Develop and execute distributor recruitment strategies that align with company objectives and regional market dynamics
• Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with existing and prospective distributors through regular engagement and support
• Conduct market analysis and competitive research to identify gaps and opportunities for new business development
• Negotiate and finalise distributor agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and compliance with company policies
• Provide training and support to distributors on product knowledge, sales techniques and company procedures
• Monitor distributor performance against agreed targets and implement corrective action plans when necessary
• Collaborate with internal teams including Sales, Marketing and Logistics to ensure seamless distributor onboarding and ongoing support
• Prepare regular reports on regional market activity, distributor performance and sales projections
• Identify and escate challenges or barriers to distributor success and propose solutions

What we’re looking for

• Proven experience in new business development, distributor management or sales within the FMCG or confectionery industry
• Demonstrated track record of successfully recruiting and onboarding new distributors or sales channels
• Strong understanding of distribution networks and market dynamics in the Philippines, particularly in Region 4
• Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills with the ability to establish trust and credibility with business partners
• Outstanding communication abilities in both English and Filipino
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM systems
• Ability to work independently whilst collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and make informed business decisions
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within Region 4 as required
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
