Job summary

ZEISS Philippines is seeking a dynamic sales and business development professional to promote refractive devices, provide training, and support customers in the Manila area. You will conduct product demos, presentations, and in-services for refractive procedures, and work to convert competitors’ users while developing new refractive surgeons.

You will identify KOLs, plan educational workshops, and help achieve the annual refractive budget, collaborating with surgeons and OT teams to grow SMILE

Qualifications

• University degree in Optometry, Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of sales / business development and marketing in the medical device consumables industry.
• Experience in ophthalmology and refractive is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills; good command of written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with product information, training and application support for refractive devices.
• Conduct product demos, presentations and in-services for refractive procedures.
• Create new business by converting competitors’ users and developing new refractive surgeons.
• Support new surgeons in the OT and build confidence of SMILE procedure.
• Identify and build potential KOLs for local and regional symposiums.
• Plan and execute workshops/talks for continuous education for users of refractive devices and workflow.
• Develop an effective action plan to achieve the annual refractive budget.
• Involve in the sales conversion of competitors’ users to refractive devices.
