Responsibilities

• Capture candidate details and initiate onboarding per standard processes.
• Coordinate and schedule hiring manager interviews, including travel arrangements.
• Track candidate progress against onboarding checklist and escalate missing information.
• Address onboarding issues through established escalation process.
• Collaborate with internal teams or vendors to ensure smooth onboarding delivery.
• Manage contractor placements and support temp-to-perm conversions.
• Assist in obtaining recruitment outcomes for Green Card candidates where applicable.
• Monitor and review background check progress and escalate as needed.
• Send welcome communications to candidates and hiring managers, including I-9 verification emails.
