Job summary

Michael Page is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to support end-to-end recruitment for client programs, including RPO/MSP delivery. You’ll own candidate generation, coordinate with hiring managers, and shepherd candidates through interviews, offers, and onboarding.

The role offers opportunities to work remotely, in Page Group offices, or on-site at client facilities, requiring strong relationship skills and a customer-focused mindset to help candidates reach their potential.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years end-to-end recruitment experience (agency and/or onsite).
• Experience in FMCG or similar sectors is preferred.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Broad exposure to recruitment ATS/VMS platforms.
• Strong working knowledge of sourcing tools, channels and networking.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to prioritise and manage your own workload.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of our client’s RPO/MSP hiring program.
• Own candidate generation and selection with hiring managers, guiding shortlisted candidates through interviews.
• Manage offer negotiations through to onboarding.
• Operate across remote, office, or on-site client environments.
• Build and maintain a network of external prospects to fill talent pools.
• Provide data and market insights to stakeholders to inform decisions.
• Maintain accurate documentation in the applicant tracking system.
