Qualifications

• 4 years of recruitment experience, preferably in an RPO, staffing agency, or high-volume environment.
• 3 years of people leadership experience managing recruiters, sourcers, or recruitment teams.
• Strong understanding of the recruitment lifecycle (sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management, onboarding).
• Experience with supporting US-based clients or global hiring programs.

This role oversees daily recruitment operations, drives performance against client and business objectives, ensures adherence to recruitment processes, and serves as a key partner in managing delivery outcomes. The Team Manager provides coaching, performance management, operational support, and stakeholder coordination to ensure consistent achievement of hiring goals, service levels, and candidate experience targets.
