Job summary

Techdynamics OPC in the Philippines is seeking a seasoned Recruitment Manager to lead the end-to-end talent acquisition process across departments. You will design staffing plans, supervise sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding; coach the team; manage agencies and job portals; generate regular reports; boost employer branding; and ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws.

This role requires strong people leadership, process optimization, and a focus on delivering a positive candidate

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute recruitment plans based on approved manpower requirements.
• Supervise the full recruitment cycle, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding coordination.
• Ensure vacancies are filled within the agreed hiring timeline.
• Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Lead, coach, and develop the recruitment team.
• Assign recruitment tasks and monitor individual performance.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide continuous guidance.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with recruitment agencies, job portals, universities, and other talent sources.
• Explore and implement new recruitment channels to improve hiring efficiency.
• Evaluate recruitment channel effectiveness and optimize recruitment costs.
• Prepare weekly and monthly recruitment reports.
• Track key recruitment metrics such as: Hiring completion rate, Time-to-fill, Offer acceptance rate, New hire retention rate, Recruitment cost.
• Analyze recruitment trends and recommend improvement plans.
• Support employer branding initiatives through recruitment campaigns, career fairs, and social media.
• Promote the company as an employer of choice in the local talent market.
• Ensure recruitment activities comply with Philippine labor laws and company policies.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and candidate databases.

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment Planning
