Job summary

PSG Global Solutions is seeking an experienced Team Manager to lead a recruiters team in a hybrid setup in Makati. You will oversee daily operations, ensure delivery against client objectives, and drive process improvements.

You will coach recruiters, manage performance, and collaborate with client stakeholders to meet hiring goals and uphold candidate experience standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in an RPO, staffing agency, or high-volume environment.
• 2+ years of people leadership experience managing recruiters, sourcers, or recruitment teams.
• Strong understanding of the recruitment lifecycle (sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding support).
• Experience with supporting US-based clients or global hiring programs.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret recruitment metrics and translate insights into action plans.
• Demonstrated ability to coach recruiters, improve performance, and drive accountability.
• Excellent client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with ATS platforms and recruitment reporting tools.

Responsible for leading and managing a team of recruiters to deliver high-quality recruitment services for assigned clients. This role oversees daily recruitment operations, drives performance against client and business objectives, ensures adherence to recruitment processes, and serves as a key partner in managing delivery outcomes.
