Rimini CHPH Fashions, Inc. in the Philippines is seeking a Recruitment Supervisor/Manager to lead the end-to-end recruitment for retail and FMCG units, spanning corporate, store operations, warehouse, and field-based roles.
You will partner with business leaders, drive employer branding, manage the recruitment team, and optimize processes to support growth, including workforce planning, screening, interviewing, offers, and onboarding.
The Recruitment Supervisor / Manager is responsible for leading the end-to-end recruitment function for retail and FMCG business units. This role oversees talent acquisition strategies, supervises the recruitment team, and ensures the timely hiring of qualified candidates across corporate, store operations, warehouse, and field-based positions. The Recruitment Supervisor partners closely with business leaders to understand workforce requirements, strengthen employer branding, and continuously improve recruitment processes to support organizational growth.
Lead and supervise the day-to-day operations of the recruitment team to ensure hiring targets and service level agreements (SLAs) are achieved.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including workforce planning, sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, offer management, and onboarding coordination.
Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract high-quality talent for retail, FMCG, shared services, and corporate functions.
Build and maintain strong partnerships with hiring managers to understand business needs and provide talent acquisition solutions.
Monitor recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, quality-of-hire, and hiring source effectiveness, and provide regular reports to management.
Establish and maintain talent pipelines for critical and high-volume positions.
Lead employer branding initiatives, recruitment marketing campaigns, job fairs, and university partnerships.
Ensure compliance with company policies, labor regulations, and recruitment best practices throughout the hiring process.
Coach, mentor, and develop recruiters to enhance performance, productivity, and service quality.
Identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes, systems, and candidate experience through continuous improvement initiatives.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of progressive recruitment experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or team lead capacity.
Proven experience recruiting for Retail and FMCG organizations, including high-volume hiring for store operations, sales, merchandising, warehousing, supply chain, and corporate roles.
Experience supporting shared services operations is an advantage.
Demonstrated success in managing end-to-end recruitment and meeting aggressive hiring timelines.
Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, sourcing techniques, and candidate assessment methods.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
Experience with recruitment analytics and reporting.
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Excellent stakeholder management and business partnering capabilities.
