Private Advertiser is seeking a Recruitment Associate in Metro Manila to manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding. The role involves partnering with hiring managers, developing job postings, and coordinating interviews to ensure timely placement of qualified candidates.

A Recruitment Associate is responsible for rapidly filling open positions within an organization. This role requires a strong ability to source, screen, and qualify candidates efficiently, while maintaining a high level of quality.
Manage end-to-end recruitment activities for assigned positions, from sourcing and screening to offer management and onboarding.
Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements, develop recruitment plans, and align on candidate profiles and interview processes.
Develop and coordinate job postings and ensure job descriptions accurately reflect role requirements.
Source candidates through online platforms, professional networks, referrals, recruitment events, and other appropriate channels.
Conduct candidate screening and initial interviews to assess qualifications, experience, and overall fit.
Coordinate and facilitate interviews, including scheduling, candidate preparation, and follow-ups with hiring stakeholders.
Prepare and facilitate employment offers and other hiring-related documentation.
Manage candidate communication and monitor candidate status throughout the recruitment process.
Conduct reference checks and coordinate background verification when required.
Maintain accurate candidate records, recruitment trackers, and reports to ensure data integrity and visibility of hiring progress.
Provide regular recruitment updates and reports to relevant stakeholders.
Build and maintain a healthy talent pipeline for both strategic and volume hiring requirements.
Represent the organization in recruitment activities such as job fairs, career events, and other talent acquisition initiatives.
Support onboarding activities, including pre-employment requirements, documentation, coordination of access and resources, orientation, and deployment.
Monitor candidates through the pre-employment and onboarding process to ensure timely completion of requirements and successful deployment.
Build strong working relationships with hiring managers and other stakeholders through regular communication and recruitment planning discussions.
Proactively identify recruitment challenges, bottlenecks, and opportunities for process improvement.
Perform other recruitment and HR-related tasks as may be assigned based on business needs.
Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; up to 1 year of relevant experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, HR, or a related field is an advantage.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
