Inteluck Corporation is seeking a skilled HR professional to join our Recruitment & Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits, Employee Relations, and Performance Management teams in the Philippines. You will manage recruitment activities, develop strategies with the HR Manager, and coach recruiters to build strong candidate pipelines.
You will also support payroll coordination, benefits administration, and employee relations, while ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Manage and supervise recruitment activities: job postings, application screening and processing, interview scheduling, and documentation.
Develop and implement recruitment strategies in collaboration with the HR Manager.
Coach and supervise recruiters, providing feedback, growth plans, and performance evaluations.
Participate in candidate selection and make recommendations on suitability.
Build candidate pipelines through networking, partnerships with universities, agencies, and job portals.
Monitor recruitment metrics such as turnaround time, cost per hire, and quality of hires.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies during recruitment and placement.
Compensation & Benefits
Provide basic support in payroll coordination and benefits administration.
Assist in gathering data for salary benchmarking and compensation reviews.
Coordinate with the HR Manager on benefits enrollment and employee queries.
Employee Relations
Support HR leadership in handling minor employee concerns and grievances.
Assist in documenting employee relations cases and maintaining compliance records.
Help facilitate employee engagement activities when needed.
Performance Management
Provide support in monitoring performance appraisal schedules.
Assist in compiling performance evaluation data for the HR Director and Manager review.
Help ensure documentation and compliance with performance management policies.
Employee Engagement
Assist in organizing small-scale employee engagement initiatives.
Provide logistical support for company events and recognition programs.
Help gather employee feedback for the HR Director and Manager’s review.
Qualifications:
A Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or a related field is preferred.
4-8 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
The candidate is preferably a Supervisor or an equivalent employee with 5 or more years of experience specialized in Human Resources.
Strong recruitment and talent acquisition skills.

Basic knowledge of compensation, employee relations, performance management, and engagement practices.
