Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and endorsement of qualified candidates.
Develop and post job advertisements through various recruitment platforms and social media channels.
Source candidates using job portals, social media, referrals, databases, and other recruitment channels.
Review and evaluate resumes and applications based on position requirements.
Conduct initial phone and online interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, skills, and overall suitability.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers or department heads.
Maintain an updated candidate pipeline and recruitment tracker.
Conduct reference checks and assist with pre-employment requirements when necessary.
Prepare and facilitate job offers and coordinate the completion of hiring requirements.
Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process and provide timely updates regarding their application status.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 1 year of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
Experience in end-to-end recruitment is highly preferred.
Strong sourcing and candidate assessment skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with online recruitment platforms and social media.
