Job summary

Actuate Builders, Inc. is seeking an HR/Recruitment coordinator to support end-to-end recruitment for office and project roles, while assisting core HR operations.

You will post jobs, source candidates across multiple platforms, screen resumes, coordinate interviews and tests, and manage onboarding including government requirements. The role also involves maintaining employee records, supporting attendance and payroll, and meeting with hiring managers to forecast manpower needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, HR, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Coordinate onboarding and government requirements (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR).
• Maintain 201 files; support attendance, leave, payroll coordination.
• Meet with hiring managers to plan manpower needs and timelines.

The Role

Work with our Talent Acquisition Specialist to hire for office and project-based roles, while supporting core HR operations.

What You'll Do

• End to end recruitment process;
• Post jobs and source candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, Facebook, referrals, job fairs, and partner schools*
• Screen resumes, run initial screenings, and coordinate interviews and skills tests
• Check references, track candidates in our ATS, and prepare job offers
• Keep candidates updated at every stage
• Run new hire onboarding and process government requirements (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR)
• Maintain 201 files and support attendance, leave, and payroll coordination
• Meet with hiring managers to understand manpower needs and timelines

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, HR, Business Administration, or a related field
• Fresh graduates welcome; HR or recruitment internship experience is a plus
• Strong English and Filipino communication skills
• Comfortable with LinkedIn, Microsoft Office, and social media
• Organized, curious, and able to handle multiple open roles
• Willing to work onsite in BGC
