Job summary

Aviation Partnership Philippines is seeking a Recruitment Specialist to lead the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition to onboarding in Pasay City, Philippines. The role partners with hiring managers to develop effective strategies and builds strong candidate pipelines.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years in end-to-end recruitment, preferably in aviation or technical roles, and strong interviewing, assessment, and stakeholder management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment and/or in aviation industry.
• Experience recruiting for technical, engineering, aviation, niche, or shared services roles is highly preferred.
• Proven experience sourcing passive candidates through LinkedIn and other recruitment platforms.
• Strong interviewing, assessment, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements in a fast-paced environment.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manages the full recruitment lifecycle from manpower requisition to onboarding.
• Partners with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Sources qualified candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, referrals, social media, and networking.
• Conducts resume screening, initial interviews, and candidate assessments.
• Coordinates interviews and facilitate the selection process with hiring managers.
• Prepares employment offers and manage pre-employment documentation.
• Builds and maintains talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill positions.
• Ensures an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Monitors recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, sourcing effectiveness, and hiring progress.
• Participates in employer branding initiatives, career fairs, and recruitment events.
• Ensures compliance with company policies and recruitment best practices.
