Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for US-based roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and presenting qualified candidates.
- Communicate professionally and effectively with candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders.
- Conduct detailed intake calls to understand role requirements and create targeted sourcing strategies.
- Utilize job boards, social media, and networking platforms to attract top-tier talent.
- Maintain timely follow-ups and ensure consistent communication throughout the hiring process.
- Manage candidate pipelines and update recruitment trackers or ATS systems accurately.
- Coordinate interview schedules and facilitate feedback sessions.
- Build strong relationships with clients to understand business needs and hiring demands.
- Ensure compliance with US hiring standards, company policies, and RPO service expectations.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a US Recruiter or RPO Recruiter (7+ years preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.
- Experience handling high-volume or niche recruitment.
- Familiarity with ATS platforms (Bullhorn, Workday, Greenhouse, etc.) is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
