Job summary

Arbitrail MNL Inc. is seeking a focused recruiter to lead end-to-end recruitment processes in Metro Manila. You will source, screen, and select candidates, while maintaining a healthy pipeline for future openings. The role also involves coordinating interview schedules and providing essential administrative HR support.

The ideal candidate has at least one year of recruitment experience in a BPO setting, strong communication skills, and is willing to work on site in the Metro Manila area.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a 2- or 4-year course related to HR or Administration.
• At least 1 year of recruitment experience in a BPO setting.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Willing to work on site in Metro Manila.
