TW (Phil.) International Manpower Inc. is seeking a Recruitment Officer to join our dynamic team in Manila City, Metro Manila. As a Recruitment Officer, you will play a vital role in sourcing, screening and placing top talent for our diverse range of clients across various industries. What you'll be doing

• Proactively sourcing and identifying qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events
• Screening and evaluating applicant CVs and qualifications to ensure a strong fit for our clients' requirements
• Conducting thorough interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience and cultural fit
• Maintaining a robust pipeline of qualified candidates and managing the recruitment process from start to finish
• Collaborating closely with clients to understand their hiring needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions
• Providing excellent customer service and fostering strong relationships with both clients and candidates
• Tracking and reporting on key recruitment metrics to support the growth and success of the business

What we're looking for

• With or without experience in a recruitment or talent acquisition role, preferably within the Human Resources & Recruitment industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively engage with both clients and candidates
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• A keen eye for detail and a commitment to providing high-quality, professional service
