JTC Group of Companies in Pasig is seeking an HR Recruitment Officer to lead the recruitment lifecycle from posting vacancies to selecting top candidates. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in relevant fields and at least 2 years of recruitment experience.

You will coordinate with hiring managers, manage applicant tracking, ensure compliance with labor laws, and use HRIS tools to analyze recruiting metrics. Proficiency in English and strong interpersonal skills are essential.

Job Description

HR Recruitment Officer oversees the recruitment and selection process to ensure that the organization attracts and recruits the best suitable applicants for identified vacancies. Ensure to meet JTC Company hiring standards and overseeing applicant tracking and conducting recruiting analysis.

• Ability to work with limited supervision.
• Must be proficient in English, both oral and written communications skills.
• With strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of labor laws and other laws regulating of recruitment and legal aspects of the hiring process.
• Excellent team working skills, very organized and responsible.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft tools including MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Hands-on experience with Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) or Human Resource Management Systems (HRMS)
• Hard working and dynamic person.

Education & Experience

• Must be Bachelor's Degree holders of Psychology, HR Management, HR Administration, Management or any business related fields.
• With related experience for at least three (2) years.
• With good moral character.
