Job summary

Cre8tive Corporate Solutions is seeking a dedicated Recruiter to manage Australian full-cycle recruitment from sourcing to offer negotiations. You will collaborate with Hiring Managers to fill roles quickly while maintaining a positive candidate experience.

You will source candidates via job boards and social networks, screen interviews, and maintain an organized ATS. Excellent English and strong negotiation skills are essential for success in this remote role supporting international clients.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in Australian full-cycle recruitment (BPO, corporate or agency).
• Expert at navigating job portals and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Excellent English communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Sourcing: Find candidates using job boards (LinkedIn, Indeed, JobStreet), social media, and Boolean search strings.
• Screening & Interviewing: Conduct initial phone/video screenings to assess skills, culture fit, and salary expectations.
• Stakeholder Management: Work closely with Hiring Managers to understand their needs and provide regular updates on the talent pipeline.
• Candidate Experience: Act as the main point of contact for applicants, ensuring a professional and positive experience from application to onboarding.
• Database Management: Keep the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) organized and up-to-date.
• Offer Management: Assist in salary negotiations and the preparation of employment contracts.

• Strong "gut feel" for candidate quality and reliability.
• Excellent English communication and negotiation skills.
• Tools: Familiarity with ATS platforms (e.g., BreezyHR, Greenhouse, Lever, or Zoho Recruit).
