Core Responsibilities

• Sourcing and posting job ads
• Profiling candidates against the hiring managers brief
• Conducting initial screening interviews (Able to take and make sourcing phone calls with candidates = very comfortable talking to Candidates over the phone and via Teams meetings).
• Setting up interviews
• Other administration recruitment duties as directed by Australian Recruitment Manager including creating job contracts and other written administrative duties
• Completing background checks and references
• It is a mix of core Recruitment tasks and administrative tasks for the Recruitment team

NB Will need to complete Vervo testing for communication skills if the final candidate

Reporting to: Australian Recruitment Manager
