About the role
HR Specialist will be responsible for driving end-to-end recruitment processes, supporting employee training initiatives, and managing HR administrative functions. This role ensures compliance with company policies, and HR standards while contributing to workforce development and organizational efficiency.
Key responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end recruitment cycle: workforce planning, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
- Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies to attract high-quality candidates
- Build strong pipelines through proactive sourcing, networking, and digital recruitment platforms
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and competencies
- Ensure recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, quality-of-hire, cost-per-hire) are achieved and reported
- Strengthen employer branding and candidate engagement to position the company as an employer of choice
- Maintain training records and ensure compliance with mandatory programs
- Provide support in employee development initiatives and orientation programs
- Maintain accurate employee records, contracts, and HR documentation
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and cost center allocations
- Contract Duration : 9 Months
About you
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
- At least 5 years of proven strong experience in recruitment, with exposure to general training and HR administration
- Knowledge of HR processes, labor regulations, and compliance requirements
- Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in MS Office tools
