Job summary

VTSA International Inc. in Cebu City is seeking a Recruitment Specialist to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain talent.

You will conduct interviews, assess candidates’ skills and cultural fit, and manage candidate relationships for a superior experience. You will collaborate with hiring managers to understand needs, create compelling job descriptions, and utilize sourcing methods including social media and campus recruitment to generate leads.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Proficient in recruiting methods and tools, HRIS, and talent management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong attention to detail.
• Experience in campus recruitment and managing full-cycle recruitment processes.
• Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
