Job summary

You will coach recruiters, monitor metrics, and implement improvements to scale delivery while maintaining a superior candidate experience and compliant operations.

Qualifications

• 4 years of recruitment experience, preferably in an RPO, staffing agency, or high-volume environment.
• 3 years of people leadership experience managing recruiters, sourcers, or recruitment teams.
• Strong understanding of the recruitment lifecycle (sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management, onboarding).
• Experience with supporting US-based clients or global hiring programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of recruiters.
• Manage daily recruitment operations, including workload allocation, productivity, quality, and delivery performance.
• Partner with client stakeholders to address operational needs, hiring challenges, and process improvements.
• Monitor recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, submission/interview/start ratios, quality, candidate experience).
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve efficiency, scalability, and client satisfaction.
• Identify risks, resolve operational issues, and elevate complex concerns when needed.
• Ensure compliance with client requirements, recruitment processes, and reporting expectations.
