Private Advertiser is seeking a dedicated Recruitment Coordinator in Kawit, Cavite to join its HR and Recruitment team. The role focuses on supporting end-to-end recruitment processes, from posting roles to onboarding new hires.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 1 year experience in recruitment coordination or HR administrative roles.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills amid multiple projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with candidates and managers.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiar with ATS.
• Knowledge of Philippines employment laws and recruitment practices.
• Detail-oriented with high data accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience with recruitment agencies or campus events is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all aspects of the recruitment process, including posting vacancies, screening applications and managing candidate communications.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate between candidates, hiring managers and stakeholders for smooth workflows.
• Maintain recruitment databases and candidate records with data protection compliance.
• Conduct initial telephone or email screenings to assess suitability.
• Prepare recruitment documents, offer letters and onboarding materials.
• Liaise with external recruitment agencies and job boards to source candidates.
• Support organisation of recruitment events, career fairs and campus visits.
• Provide administrative support to the recruitment team and assist HR tasks
• Track recruitment metrics and report on KPIs for continuous improvement
• Ensure compliance with employment legislation and recruitment policies.
