Job summary

Private Advertiser in Metro Manila is seeking a Recruitment Supervisor to oversee end-to-end recruitment and selection, ensuring timely deployment of qualified personnel to client accounts. The role supervises the team, manages manpower requirements, and coordinates with client representatives and internal departments.

The position ensures compliance with Philippine labor laws and company policies, develops sourcing strategies, monitors KPIs, and drives process improvements to meet staffing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–5 years in recruitment, preferably in manpower agency or high-volume environment.
• 1–2 years of supervisory or team leadership experience preferred.
• Experience handling multiple client accounts and bulk manpower requirements.
• Knowledge of recruitment methods, screening, interviewing, and workforce planning.
• Familiarity with Philippine labor laws and recruitment documentation requirements.
• Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, recruitment databases, and reporting tools.
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily recruitment activities to meet manpower requirements across client accounts.
• Review requisitions and set recruitment priorities based on client needs and deployment schedules.
• Develop and implement sourcing strategies to attract qualified applicants.
• Monitor recruitment pipeline, vacancies, and unfilled requests.
• Ensure timely submission of candidates and deployment within service timelines.
• Coordinate with Operations and Account Management for urgent staffing needs.
