Job summary

Private Advertiser in the Philippines seeks a full-time Human Resources professional to support end-to-end HR operations across recruitment, employee relations, attendance management, and HR administration. The role involves coordinating with employees, supervisors, managers, and multiple locations.

You will assist in sourcing candidates, conduct initial interviews, maintain records, handle employee concerns, and help implement engagement activities and training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–3 years in HR, preferably generalist or HR operations.
• Knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, attendance, and HR administration.
• Good understanding of labor laws and HR practices.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with discretion for confidential information.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace.
• Willing to work Monday to Saturday.

Responsibilities

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating applicants.
• Post vacancies on recruitment platforms and social media channels.
• Conduct initial interviews and assess applicants based on position requirements.
• Coordinate pre-employment requirements, job offers, and onboarding activities.
• Maintain and update applicant records and recruitment trackers.
• Assist in handling employee concerns, complaints, and workplace issues.
• Document and monitor employee relations cases per company policies.
• Monitor attendance, tardiness, undertime, absences, and other attendance-related concerns.
• Maintain accurate and updated employee records and HR databases.
• Assist in planning and implementing employee engagement activities, orientations, training, and company programs.
