Private Advertiser in Kawit, Cavite seeks a dedicated HR Recruitment Specialist to support our recruitment operations and build high-performing teams across the company. You will identify, attract, and select top talent to meet evolving needs and drive strategic talent acquisition initiatives.

The role involves developing recruitment strategies, posting jobs, screening applicants, interviewing candidates, coordinating schedules with hiring managers, supporting onboarding, and tracking hiring

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–2 years of recruitment or HR experience.
• Experience with full-cycle recruitment processes.
• Proficiency with ATS and recruitment software.
• Knowledge of Philippine employment law is desirable.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract candidates.
• Post jobs on boards and social media to reach candidates.
• Screen resumes to identify qualified applicants.
• Conduct initial interviews to assess fit.
• Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers.
• Provide onboarding support for new hires.
• Monitor hiring metrics and report on pipeline.
