ibex in the Philippines seeks an experienced Trainer to deliver and facilitate adult classroom training for client programs, focusing on front-line representative levels. The role includes coaching, curriculum delivery, and ongoing education to ensure workforce readiness.

You will create engaging sessions using PowerPoint, manage classes effectively, evaluate trainee progress, and provide feedback to the Training Manager. Strong English communication and Microsoft Office skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Ability to deliver engaging adult training sessions to frontline employees.
• Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
• Knowledge of Adult Learning Theories and facilitation best practices.
• Ability to manage time, prep content, and meet deadlines.

Responsabilités

• Observe, lead, and co-lead new hires and ongoing training.
• Demonstrate skills using Word, PowerPoint, Pages, and Keynote.
• Demonstrate effective classroom management skills.
• Facilitate transition of students from training into production and ensure competency.
• Utilize effective presentation techniques and track trainee progress.
• Complete daily tracking and end-of-day evaluations.
• Participate in Train the Trainer sessions.
• Maintain confidentiality at all times.
• Accept feedback from Training Manager.
• Other tasks/duties as assigned
