Job summary

Discover Group of Travel Services Inc. is seeking a Recruitment Officer to manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding, to support our business objectives in the travel sector.

You will collaborate with department heads, post ads, coordinate offers, and maintain recruitment records while ensuring a positive candidate experience and compliance with policies and labor regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 4 months to 1 year of recruitment or HR experience; experience in travel or service industry is an advantage.
• Knowledgeable of recruitment end-to-end processes.
• Strong communication, interviewing, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and online recruitment platforms.
• Ability to handle multiple hiring requirements, maintain confidentiality, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
