RSD Human Resource Management Consultancy in Taguig is seeking an experienced HR professional to lead recruitment efforts and implement effective sourcing campaigns across departments, with a focus on employee recognition and rewards.

The position requires 2–5 years in recruitment, 1 year in leadership, a Bachelor's degree in HR or related field, strong communication, and proficiency in HRIS and recruitment tools. On-site work with health insurance, training, and a performance bonus.
