Job summary

Afni, Inc. in the Philippines is seeking a Recruitment Director to lead end-to-end high-volume hiring across PH sites, driving sourcing, onboarding coordination, and recruitment operations to meet targets.

You will partner with Operations, HR and site leadership, coach recruitment teams, optimize processes and maintain healthy candidate pipelines to deliver a strong experience for candidates and business partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration or related field.
• Significant experience in recruitment, preferably high-volume hiring.
• Experience leading recruitment teams and driving strategy.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee high-volume agent hiring across PH sites within timelines and SLAs.
• Design and execute recruitment strategies to support growth, ramp plans, seasonal needs.
• Coach and empower recruitment managers, recruiters and sourcing teams to improve performance and consistency.
• Partner with Operations, Workforce Management, HR and site leadership on hiring forecasts and onboarding readiness.
• Champion diverse sourcing channels and campus partnerships to build healthy pipelines.
• Oversee end-to-end recruitment process from requisition to onboarding handoff and recruitment metrics.

The Recruitment Director will play a key leadership role in shaping and driving the end-to-end recruitment strategy for high-volume agent hiring across all Philippine sites. This role will lead sourcing, hiring, onboarding coordination, recruitment operations, and stakeholder partnerships to ensure the organization consistently meets hiring targets, ramp requirements, and quality standards while delivering a strong candidate and business partner experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee high-volume agent hiring across all PH sites, ensuring recruitment goals are delivered within agreed timelines and service level commitments.
• Design and execute forward-thinking recruitment strategies that support business growth, ramp plans, seasonal hiring needs, and site-specific workforce requirements.
• Coach, guide, and empower recruitment managers, recruiters, sourcing specialists, and recruitment support teams to strengthen performance, accountability, and consistency.
• Partner closely with Operations, Workforce Management, Training, HR, and site leadership to understand hiring forecasts, staffing gaps, and onboarding readiness.
• Champion creative and effective sourcing strategies through job boards, social media, employee referrals, recruitment events, community partnerships, campus initiatives, and other talent channels.
• Ensure candidate pipelines are healthy and sufficient to support current and future volume hiring demands.
• Oversee the recruitment process from requisition intake, sourcing, screening, assessment, interview coordination, offer management, pre‑employment completion, and onboarding handoff.
• Monitor recruitment funnel metrics, including applicant flow, show‑up rates, selection rates, offer acceptance, hiring productivity, time‑to‑fill, and onboarding completion.
• Proactively identify process gaps and lead improvements that enhance recruitment efficiency, candidate quality, and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, external vendors, recruitment partners, and talent communities.

About You

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field; advanced degree or HR certification is an advantage.
• At least 8–10 years of progressive recruitment experience, with significant exposure to high-volume hiring in the BPO, contact center, shared services, or similar fast‑paced environment.
• Minimum of 5 years of people leadership experience managing recruitment, sourcing, or talent acquisition teams.

Requirements
