• Experience in high-volume (mass/bulk) hiring.
• Background in BPO or outsourcing recruitment.
• Experience hiring for niche or specialized roles.
• Experience with both active and passive sourcing.
• Experience coordinating directly with clients.
• Good working knowledge of Excel.
• Experience hiring for US-based roles (nice-to-have).
• Knowledge of using AI tools to help with recruitment work (nice-to-have).

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end hiring for PH roles, both niche and non-critical positions.
• Handle both active sourcing (posting, screening applicants) and passive sourcing (reaching out to candidates directly).
• Work closely with clients to understand their hiring needs and give updates on progress.
• Support US hiring for logistics clients during peak season or when the business needs extra help.
• Help with admin tasks related to improving how the recruitment process works.
• Track and report on hiring numbers and progress using Excel.

About the role

We're looking for a Senior Recruiter to help run hiring for our Philippines-based roles, covering both niche positions and regular, non-critical roles. You'll also help with US hiring for our logistics clients when needed, especially during busy or peak periods. This role is a good fit for someone who has handled high-volume hiring before, ideally in a BPO or outsourcing setup, and who is comfortable working directly with clients on their hiring needs.
