The Recruitment Director will play a key leadership role in shaping and driving the end-to-end recruitment strategy for high-volume agent hiring across all Philippine sites. This role will lead sourcing, hiring, onboarding coordination, recruitment operations, and stakeholder partnerships to ensure the organization consistently meets hiring targets, ramp requirements, and quality standards while delivering a strong candidate and business partner experience.
Lead and oversee high-volume agent hiring across all PH sites, ensuring recruitment goals are delivered within agreed timelines and service level commitments.
Design and execute forward-thinking recruitment strategies that support business growth, ramp plans, seasonal hiring needs, and site-specific workforce requirements.
Coach, guide, and empower recruitment managers, recruiters, sourcing specialists, and recruitment support teams to strengthen performance, accountability, and consistency.
Partner closely with Operations, Workforce Management, Training, HR, and site leadership to understand hiring forecasts, staffing gaps, and onboarding readiness.
Champion creative and effective sourcing strategies through job boards, social media, employee referrals, recruitment events, community partnerships, campus initiatives, and other talent channels.
Ensure candidate pipelines are healthy and sufficient to support current and future volume hiring demands.
Oversee the recruitment process from requisition intake, sourcing, screening, assessment, interview coordination, offer management, pre-employment completion, and onboarding handoff.
Monitor recruitment funnel metrics, including applicant flow, show-up rates, selection rates, offer acceptance, hiring productivity, time-to-fill, onboarding completion.
Proactively identify process gaps and lead improvements that enhance recruitment efficiency, candidate quality, and stakeholder satisfaction.
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, external vendors, recruitment partners, and talent communities.
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field; advanced degree or HR certification is an advantage.
At least 8–10 years of progressive recruitment experience, with significant exposure to high-volume hiring in the BPO, contact center, shared services, or similar fast-paced environment.
Minimum of 5 years of people leadership experience managing recruitment, sourcing, or talent acquisition teams.
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field; advanced degree or HR certification is an advantage.
