You will manage job offer contracts, prepare daily and weekly reports, support recruitment strategies, participate in calibration meetings, and serve as Account POC for hiring accounts at SM Sta. Rosa Laguna site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field

Job description

This role involves understanding recruitment demand and skills profiles within your area of responsibility. You will conduct in-depth interviews, evaluate and examine candidate skills and competencies, and profile candidates based on specified competencies and qualifications. You will manage job offer contracts, prepare daily and weekly reports, support and implement recruitment strategies, participate in calibration meetings, contribute to strategic hiring plans, and act as the Account Point of Contact for monitoring specific accounts during hiring requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Understand the recruitment demand and skills profiles within area of responsibility/account handled

• Conduct in-depth interviews, evaluate and examine the skills and competencies of candidates

• Profile candidates based on specified competencies and qualifications

• Manage job offer contract administration

• Prepare daily and weekly reports based on function and need

• Support and implement specific recruitment strategies in conjunction with the overall recruitment strategy for the company

• Participate in calibration meetings and communicate the needs and demands of hiring accounts

• Contribute to creating strategic hiring plans to attract and recruit top talent

• Monitor specific account(s) during hiring requirements and act as Account POC

About you

• Bachelor's or College Degree in any field

• At least 1 year of experience in recruitment in a BPO setting

• Demonstrable track record in achieving targets

• Service and customer-focused (external and internal customers)

• Multi-tasking and effective management of real-time performance and multiple demands

• Analytical and detail-oriented

• Problem solver

• Strong potential for exercising fair and good judgment

• Computer literate with skilled use of MS Office

• Strong command of English both oral and written
