Job summary

Elevate Calls Inc in Manila, NCR, Philippines is seeking an experienced Recruitment Staff to drive talent sourcing and end-to-end hiring processes.

You will develop strategic recruitment plans, screen and interview candidates, coordinate with hiring managers, negotiate offers, ensure regulatory compliance, and monitor recruitment metrics for timely reporting to management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in recruitment and selection.
• Knowledge of current employment laws and regulations.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
