Qualifications

• Excellent English writing and communication skills are required.

• Experience in recruitment or outbound sales calls is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Screen candidates and conduct interviews.
• Coordinate and send interview, orientation, and training schedules.
• Collect, review, and validate pre-employment requirements.
• Manage HRIS efficiently.
• Conduct background checks on applicants.
• Assist in orientations and onboarding.
• Update endorsement sheets, trackers, and recruitment reports.
• Provide advice on recruitment strategies and marketing.
• Support recruitment marketing through market research and social media.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
