Job summary

PERSOL is seeking a Recruitment Executive to manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding support. You will screen candidates, build a robust candidate pipeline, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers to ensure a smooth process.

The role requires at least 1 year in HR or recruitment, strong organizational skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Teamwork and compliance knowledge are valued, with opportunities to contribute to process improvements.

Qualifications

• Diploma in HR, Business, or related field with at least 1 year of experience.
• Strong organisational and coordination skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Meticulous with details, good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to multitask and handle high volume of work.
• Able to maintain confidentiality and sensitivity in the management of work.
• Prior HR or recruitment experience is an advantage.
• A good team player, cheerful personality and a positive attitude.
• Knowledge of Employment Act and government compliance regulations is an advantage, CEI will be added advantage.
• Good time-management skills with the ability to handle various open positions simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Review resumes and applications to pre-screen candidates and conduct phone/virtual screening interviews.
• Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates through sourcing channels and networks.
• Source candidates through referrals for hard-to-fill positions.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand current and future hiring needs.
• Prepare candidate profiles and provide hiring managers with summaries.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Arrange and facilitate interview sessions for a smooth candidate experience.
• Send interview invitations and relevant information to candidates.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in recruitment systems and databases.
• Prepare recruitment reports and hiring updates.
• Support posting and management of job advertisements across platforms.
• Follow up with candidates regarding interview outcomes and recruitment status.
• Assist with onboarding documentation and pre-employment checks.
