Job summary

GH Premier Review Center Inc. is seeking a Recruitment Specialist for the night shift to operate onsite in Manila. The role involves posting job ads, sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and coordinating with hiring managers. The ideal candidate has onboarding experience and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource or related field.
• 6 months to 2 years of recruitment experience (BPO/Agency/volume hiring is a plus).
• Willing to work night shift.
• Experience onboarding and conducting employee orientations.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Post and manage job ads on job portals and social media platforms.
• Source and engage candidates through online networks and recruitment events.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews and phone screenings.
• Coordinate hiring activities with recruiters and hiring managers.
• Track recruitment metrics and maintain accurate hiring reports.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Prepare job offers and assist with onboarding of new hires.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and fair hiring practices.
• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment documents.
• Conduct recruitment orientations and support applicant concerns.
• Monitor recruitment trends and competitor hiring activities.
• Perform administrative and recruitment-related tasks as assigned.
• Maintain professionalism, punctuality, and positive applicant relations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource and any related course
• At least 6 months-2 years of Experience in Recruitment (BPO/Agency/Volume Hiring is an advantage)
• Willing to work in a night shift schedule
• With experience in onboarding and conducting employee orientation program
• Great communication skills
