We're looking for an experienced Recruitment Team Manager to lead a high-performing recruitment team supporting a US-based staffing and recruitment organization.

This is more than a recruitment operations role. We're seeking a leader who can inspire teams, build trust with stakeholders, solve complex hiring challenges, and create an environment where recruiters consistently deliver exceptional results.

The ideal candidate combines strong recruitment expertise with leadership maturity, commercial awareness, and a genuine passion for developing people. You will serve as a key partner to US-based stakeholders while coaching recruiters to elevate performance, accountability, and candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of recruiters, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Drive team performance against hiring goals, service level agreements, quality standards, and client expectations.
• Provide strategic guidance and day-to-day leadership to ensure recruitment delivery remains efficient, proactive, and solutions focused.
• Build credible and trusted relationships with US-based stakeholders, serving as a strategic recruitment partner rather than simply an operational resource.
• Facilitate meaningful business discussions around hiring priorities, workforce planning, recruitment challenges, and talent market insights.
• Coach recruiters through complex hiring situations, helping them strengthen consultative, sourcing, and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Use data, trends, and recruitment intelligence to identify opportunities, influence decisions, and improve hiring outcomes.
• Monitor recruitment pipelines, team productivity, hiring activity, and operational health to ensure consistent delivery.
• Proactively identify risks, obstacles, and process inefficiencies, driving solutions before they impact stakeholders or hiring performance.
• Champion initiatives that improve recruiter effectiveness, candidate experience, stakeholder satisfaction, and overall recruitment excellence.
• Conduct regular performance conversations, coaching sessions, and career development discussions that help team members grow professionally and personally.

Profile Requirements

• 4+ years of recruitment experience within RPO, staffing, executive search, agency recruitment, BPO, shared services, EOR, or similar environments.
• Demonstrated experience leading, mentoring, coaching, or influencing recruitment professionals, with a proven ability to elevate team performance.
• Strong leadership presence, professional maturity, and the ability to motivate others through influence, accountability, and support.
• Experience partnering with US-based clients, international stakeholders, or global recruitment programs.
• Deep understanding of full-cycle recruitment, from talent attraction and assessment through offer management and onboarding.
• Proven ability to build credibility with hiring managers, business leaders, and clients at varying levels of seniority.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret recruitment data, identify trends, and translate insights into action.
• Experience using ATS platforms, CRM systems, recruitment technologies, and reporting tools.
• Excellent communication skills with the confidence to lead discussions, navigate challenges, and manage stakeholder expectations.
• A growth-oriented mindset with a passion for developing people, improving processes, and driving meaningful business outcomes.
• Amenable to Hybrid work-setup (3 days onsite/week) - MAKATI

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting staffing, recruitment outsourcing (RPO), or Employer of Record (EOR) clients.
• Experience working with US shifts or partnering directly with US-based stakeholders.
• Experience hiring professional, corporate, technical, or high-volume recruitment programs.
