Remote Staff, Inc. is seeking a results-driven recruitment specialist in the Philippines to drive end-to-end recruitment for international clients.
You will manage contracts, labor-hire, and permanent roles across ICT, mining, resources, engineering, and infrastructure sectors. You will perform market mapping, proactive business development, and booking of meetings with hiring managers while building strong client relationships and talent pipelines.
Status: Full-Time (40 hours/week)
Schedule: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM AEST (7:00 AM to 4:00 PM PHT)

Key Responsibilities
Execute dynamic end-to-end 360-degree recruitment processes across contract, labor-hire, and permanent roles within ICT, mining, resources, engineering, and infrastructure sectors.
Perform comprehensive market mapping to identify target accounts, key decision-makers, and business development leads within specified Australian sectors.
Conduct proactive business development through targeted outbound phone calls, direct contact engagement, and strategic prospecting.
Qualify potential client accounts and successfully book business development meetings and pitch sessions with hiring managers.
Participate in initial client meetings alongside management to present recruitment service capabilities and close new business.
Take full ownership of newly secured client accounts, acting as the primary point of contact for ongoing hiring needs and account management.
Source, headhunt, and build active talent pipelines using advanced search techniques, job portals, social media, and internal databases.
Screen, assess, and interview candidates against detailed client requirements and technical role specifications.
Manage full candidate lifecycle operations, including interview coordination, offer negotiation, compliance checks, onboarding, and ongoing contractor care.
Identify cross-selling and account expansion opportunities within existing client desks to maximize placement volume.
Maintain complete accuracy in candidate and client records, candidate tracking, call logs, and deal pipelines within the recruitment system.
Required Skills & Experience
Technical Expertise
Extensive experience in Australian agency recruitment with a strong focus on 360-degree consulting and account management.
Proven track record in outbound business development, market mapping, cold calling, and appointment setting.
Demonstrated history of recruiting within labor-hire, contract, or permanent placements across ICT, Mining, Resources, Infrastructure, or Engineering domains.
Full-lifecycle candidate sourcing and headhunting expertise utilizing proactive talent acquisition strategies.
Strong pipeline management and sales funnels navigation skills within a competitive agency environment.
Software Proficiency
Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Recruitment CRM software (e.g., JobAdder, Bullhorn, or equivalent).
Business sourcing and professional networking platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, SEEK Talent Search, Lusha, or Apollo).
Standard productivity platforms (Microsoft Office 365 or Google Workspace).
Industry Knowledge
Australian recruitment market dynamics, labor-hire regulations, and contract recruitment structures.
Specialized technical role structures within ICT, Mining, Resources, Infrastructure, and Engineering sectors.
