• Upskilling and Capability Development initiatives to improve recruiters' sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiation and candidate management skills.
• Coaching, mentoring and development of recruitment professionals.
• Quality Assurance through call monitoring and audits with structured feedback.
• Analysis of recruitment KPIs and quality trends to identify training opportunities.
• Promotion of continuous learning and operational excellence within Recruitment Team.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement upskilling programs to enhance recruiters' sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiation, and candidate management skills.
• Monitor and evaluate recruiter calls, interviews, and candidate interactions to ensure quality standards are consistently met.
• Conduct quality audits and provide structured feedback to improve recruiter effectiveness.
• Analyze call quality trends and identify opportunities for individual and team development.
• Maintain quality scorecards and performance reports.
• Conduct regular one-on-one coaching sessions focused on skill development, behavioral improvement, and performance enhancement.
• Provide actionable feedback and coaching plans based on quality evaluations and recruitment metrics.
• Support recruiters in overcoming challenges related to candidate engagement, communication, objection handling, and closing techniques.
• Track coaching outcomes and measure improvements in recruiter performance.
• Analyze recruitment KPIs, quality scores, and hiring outcomes to identify training opportunities.
• Partner with Recruitment Managers and Team Leaders to develop strategies that improve recruiter productivity and hiring success.
• Promote a culture of continuous learning, professional growth, and operational excellence within the Recruitment Team.
• Recommend and implement initiatives that strengthen recruitment capabilities and support organizational hiring goals.
