Qualifications

• 5+ years of recruitment experience focused on Australian roles.
• Ability to mentor or train recruiters.
• Willing to work in Australian business hours.
• Fluency with major ATS platforms and sourcing tools.
• Experience on/offshore delivery with AU accounts is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery quality on Australian client engagements; screening, calibration, shortlist review, weekly quality sampling.
• Join client conversations as senior Australian-market voice in the room.
• Design and deliver the Australian market training curriculum from scratch: Seek Talent Search, LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS workflows (Bullhorn, JobAdder), AU employment fundamentals, work-rights screening, and communication standards.
• Train and certify recruiters, sourcers, and coordinators against a submittal quality rubric you author.
