Job summary

Philippine Global Communications, Inc. is seeking a results-driven recruiter to manage the full hiring cycle in Metro Manila. You will screen resumes, shortlist candidates, schedule interviews, and maintain candidate databases while guiding onboarding and orientations for new hires.

You will prepare job descriptions, post ads, and oversee the hiring process. Design recruitment strategies aligned with business needs, sourcing candidates online and offline to replenish manpower efficiently.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of BS Psychology, Human Resource or equivalent.
• Preferably with working experience in recruitment.
• Good communication skills.
• Excellent analytical skills and keen into details.
• Proficient in Microsoft applications.

Responsibilities

• Screen resumes, shortlist, select and schedule interviews.
• Maintain candidate databases and manage the onboarding process.
• Prepare job descriptions, post ads and oversee the hiring process.
• Design recruitment strategies based on business needs.
• Source candidates using online and offline methods.
• Conduct employee orientation for newly hired personnel.
• Ensure that all manpower requests are fully replenished.
• Assist in all employee-related activities.
