Job summary

Metacom Careers seeks an experienced recruiter/training specialist to lead Australian-market engagements from the Philippines. You will own end-to-end delivery quality, join client conversations as the senior Australian voice, and design the training curriculum for AU employment fundamentals, work rights screening, and ATS workflows.

You will mentor recruiters and coordinators, develop a submittal quality rubric, and ensure consistency across Seek Talent Search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and major ATS

Qualifications

• 3+ years of recruitment experience on Australian roles, either on a desk in Australia or delivering AU accounts from the Philippines with an offshoring/RPO firm.
• Fluency with Seek and Seek Talent Search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and one major ATS (Bullhorn, JobAdder, or Vincere).
• Working knowledge of Australian employment fundamentals.
• Experience mentoring or training recruiters.
• Willing to work in Australian business hours.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery quality on Australian client engagements – screening, calibration, shortlist review, weekly quality sampling
• Join client conversations as senior Australian-market voice in the room
• Design and deliver the Australian market training curriculum from scratch, covering Seek Talent Search, LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS workflows (Bullhorn, JobAdder), AU employment fundamentals, work rights screening, and communication standards
• Train and certify recruiters, sourcers, and coordinators against a submittal quality rubric you author
