A recruitment firm seeks an experienced HR Officer to manage recruitment processes and client relationships. Candidates should have a degree in Human Resource Management or a related field and at least 2 years of relevant experience. • At least 2 years solid recruitment experience with complex volume recruitment.

Responsibilities

• Handles and leads multiple end-to-end search assignments.
• Conducts thorough interviews with potential applicants and makes assessments.
• Builds long-term client relationships.
• Research into competitors and marketplace.
• Identify prospective applicants using multiple channels.
• Create an applicant persona for each open position.
• Conduct thorough interviews and provide assessment reports on endorsed applicants.
• Present shortlisted applicants to clients.
• Represent the client and handle offer negotiations.
• Build long-term client relationships.
• Research and develop recruiting leads.
• Coordinate with external partners to expand the talent pool.

Job Description

• Closely interacts/discusses with clients on search progress. In this connection, he/she exercises independent judgment or decision relative to client's needs and/or queries
• Handles and leads multiple end to end search assignments
• Develop and implement strategies based on clients' needs
• Research into competitors and market place
• Define job description and document specifications
• Identify prospective applicants using a variety of channels
• Create an applicant persona (assessment) for each open position
• Conducts thorough interviews with potential applicants and exercises independent judgment in making a comprehensive assessment/evaluation report on the endorsed applicants
• Present shortlisted applicants
• Represent the client, handle the offer negotiation on their behalf.
• Build long-term client relationships
• Research and develop recruiting leads
• Develop a sustainable candidate lead strategy
• Coordinate with external partners to execute recruitment activities (field recruitment and external tie ups) efficiently and effectively, resulting to a significant increase in the talent pool
