Job summary

SM Development Corporation (SMDC) is hiring a proactive Recruiter to source top talent for multiple projects in Metro Manila, Pasay. You will screen candidates, partner with hiring managers on needs, coordinate interviews, and manage several roles simultaneously to maintain high-quality hires.

The role emphasizes strong communication, organizational skills, and a customer-focused candidate experience, with regular reporting on hiring progress and metrics to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Proactively source candidates through job boards, social networks, and industry connections.
• Conduct initial screenings to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and fit for each project.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand project needs, timelines, and required skills.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers, providing insights on candidate suitability.
• Manage and prioritize multiple positions, balancing urgent needs with quality of hire.
• Maintain communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure a positive experience.
• Report on progress, challenges, and insights related to hiring to keep the hiring manager informed.
• Monitor hiring performance against key metrics like time-to-fill, quality of hire, and candidate satisfaction.
